1. Order Confirmation
An order will be considered confirmed only after:
- Final design approval (where applicable)
- Required advance payment (if applicable)
- Confirmation from both parties
2. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities, and product specifications before production begins.
Once the final design is approved, it is considered final.
3. Production Process
Production begins only after receiving final approval.
Once production, printing, embroidery, engraving, or customization has started:
- The order cannot be cancelled.
- Product specifications cannot be changed.
- Quantity cannot be reduced.
- Design changes cannot be requested.
This is because customized products are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
4. Design Assistance
If you need help selecting products or creating a design, our team will gladly assist you before production starts.
We work closely with our customers until the final design is approved.
5. Communication
We remain in contact with you throughout the production process and provide updates whenever necessary until your order is completed.
6. Color Variation
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and lighting conditions.
Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
7. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted for printing.
ARSHREE is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
8. Returns & Refunds
As all products are customized and made specifically for each customer:
- Returns are not accepted.
- Refunds are not available.
- Exchanges are only considered if the wrong product is delivered or the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
9. Bulk Orders
Production timelines depend on order quantity, product availability, and customization requirements.
Estimated timelines are shared before production begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed with us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
